I have had quite the munchies today.
What I learned in the last few weeks of my plateau is that I think I was trying to keep my calories 鈥渦p鈥?and ended up perhaps munching a little as well much? Today I had as well many nibbles here and there. And behind I ate my party I was itching to EAT something else. I knew it would be dangerous the 200+ calorie bars were calling my name. Instead I poured a small glass of unsweetened almond milk (40ish?) and then 1 teaspoon of sugar free hershey鈥檚 syrup (45 cals for 2 tbsp) and a smidge of stevia. It worked for the time being.
Then it was time to get my booty to Zumba. I met E there and we hit the elliptical for 20 min before class. I was just kinda mellow and tired (and serene munchie) during class. I didn鈥檛 truly give it my 100% except perhaps 75% ish?
I just kept reminding myself that my journey is NOT over. I need to complete this up. I can鈥檛 slack. And that this is training for when I do hit my goal. Such a dangerous mindset that I鈥檓 flirting with.
Anyway I鈥檓 in bed with a little hunger rumble in my tummy except I understand I don鈥檛 need anymore food for the day especially since I鈥檓 IN bed. Haha. I am reminding myself that breakfast awaits.聽 And weekends are exceptionally hard for me!
Oh and PS in other news I checked my home scale tonight (just for the Body Fat %) and I am down to 31.3%. Which is right in the acceptable range! Hurray!!
I just need to whittle that down a few more percentage points and I will be happy! So I guess thats an NSV/SV ![]()
